NACG has compiled a list of books to support children, teens, and young adults who are grieving, as well as the professionals who work with them. The list is organized by age and based on recommendations from NACG members. It is not exhaustive, and we continue to accept submissions on an ongoing basis and expect to review them annually. NACG utilizes Bookshop.org for this list to support access to purchasing while also supporting local, independent bookstores. Some recommended titles are not available on Bookshop; those are included below the appropriate age group section with links to purchase.
The inclusion of any book in this list does not imply or constitute an endorsement or recommendation, nor does exclusion imply disapproval.
