Store Notice: Temporary Shipping Delay

Our store will be operating with limited capacity through June 19 as the NACG team is onsite for the National Symposium on Children’s Grief.

Orders may continue to be placed during this time; however, shipment and processing may be delayed until after our team returns. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we support this important gathering of professionals dedicated to serving children and families who are grieving.

The NACG utilizes USPS Media Mail to ship orders to ensure our costs are affordable and accessible to all. This mail service can sometimes take up to 8 days to receive. We appreciate your patience in waiting for your order.

While National Alliance for Children’s Grief does not currently collect sales or use tax in your state, this purchase is not necessarily exempt from sales or use tax merely because it was purchased via the internet or other remote means. Some states require purchasers in that state to file a sales or use tax return at the end of the year reporting all non-taxed purchases and pay tax on those purchases. Any information about how your state collects taxes should be found on your state’s Department of Revenue website.
