Returns & Refunds Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we may not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.
Customers are encouraged to review their order carefully prior to shipment. Once a shipping confirmation has been issued, orders are considered final and cannot be modified. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Need to return an item? To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@nacg.org. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise arranged by NACG. Once your return is received, we will notify you by email. After your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price, less any applicable credit card processing fees and original shipping costs.
Please note that digital and downloadable products are non-refundable. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged upon shipment.
