Exhibitor & Vendor Opportunities
Showcase your program, products, or organization as a vendor at the NACG’s Annual Symposium. Our symposium has a friendly, collegial atmosphere perfect for networking and sharing your ideas. Our costs are affordable for all budgets. If you want to connect with alliance members, the Symposium is a great way to engage with them directly.
Standard Exhibitor
Member Rate: $1,000
Standard Rate: $1,250
Includes:
- One 6-foot draped table and two chairs
- Organizational identification sign
- Listing in digital conference guide and event app
- One complimentary conference registration
- Want to bring an additional person? Floor-only registration available for $250 (No conference access, but includes meals and social events.)
Booth assignments will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment. Exhibitors are responsible for all freight, drayage, decorating, and labor charges.
The exhibitor may not assign, sublet, or share any part of the exhibit space assigned to it. For directory listings, only one company name listing is allowed per each standard booth space.
Bag Item
$250
Includes:
- Add an item to the Symposium attendee bag (every attendee will receive a bag!)
Organization to arrange for delivery of item to be included to symposium location.

Book Display
Member Rate: $100
Standard Rate: $150
Includes:
- Have your book placed on a designated book table.
- Author provides two copies of the book. One copy will be placed on the table, and one will be used for a book giveaway.
- A QR code will direct people to a dedicated NACG web page with information on how to purchase the book.
- Want to sell your book at Symposium? Purchase an exhibitor table!
Providing book copies and shipping to location is at the author’s expense. Any copies of books remaining will be distributed at the close of Symposium.
