Showcase your program, products, or organization as a vendor at the NACG’s Annual Symposium. Our symposium has a friendly, collegial atmosphere that is perfect for networking and sharing your ideas. Our costs are affordable for all budgets. If you are looking to connect to the alliance, the Symposium is a great way to connect with them directly.

Standard Exhibitor

  • One 6-foot draped table and two chairs
  • Organizational identification sign
  • Listing in digital conference guide and event app

  • Want to bring an additional person? Floor-only registration available for $250 (No access to the conference but includes a ticket to the welcome reception and food provided to conference attendees.)

Booth assignments will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. No booth will be assigned without full payment. Exhibitors are responsible for all freight, drayage, decorating, and labor charges.

Bag Item

  • Add an item to the Symposium attendee bag (every attendee will receive a bag!)

Organization to arrange for delivery of item to be included to symposium location.

Book Display

Standard Rate: $150

Includes:

  • Have your book placed on a designated book table.
  • Author provides two copies of the book. One copy will be placed on the table, and one will be used for a book giveaway.
  • A QR code will direct people to a dedicated NACG web page with information on how to purchase the book.
  • Want to sell your book at Symposium? Purchase an exhibitor table!

Providing book copies and shipping to location is at the author’s expense. Any copies of books remaining will be distributed at the close of Symposium.

Advertising Opportunities

Each attendee receives the Digital Conference Guide. This important guide provides attendees with all the information they need to navigate their attendance at the conference. The guide is emailed to all attendees, posted on the dedicated webpage, and available in the event app for download.

Advertising in the Digital Conference Guide is a cost-efficient way to reach the symposium audience and tell them about your product, program, or organization. There are a number of options to suit your needs. The advertiser is responsible for the creation of advertisements.
