How do I find my Member ID to get my member discount for registration?
NACG Members: To register, please select the member ticket and your member credentials. These details were provided in an email sent to all members on January 15 and can also be accessed through the member portal here. Use the “User ID” under bundle summary and paste it into the box. Please note that all transactions are final, subject to the NACG Cancellation Policy below, and discounts cannot be applied retroactively. Your NACG membership must be active. If you have questions when registering, please email info@nacg.org and we will be glad to help.
What is the cancellation policy?
Symposium Cancellation Refund Policy:
If you are unable to attend the symposium and wish to send a substitute, please provide the substitute’s name and contact information to the NACG as soon as possible. The NACG will reach out to the substitute for more information to complete this process. If no substitute is available, cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee and refunded as follows:
- Full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee on or before April 26, 2026
- No refund beginning April 27, 2026
Cancellation requests must be received in writing on or before the dates provided above. All cancellation or substitution requests should be emailed to Megan.lopez@childrengrieve.org.
Are sessions ranked?
The schedule will include educational levels (beginning, intermediate, advanced) and tracks for attendees to customize their symposium experience. When viewing the schedule, symposium attendees are urged to use the schedule filters and review the session descriptions for appropriateness for personal and professional development.
Is there an app for the event?
Yes. This year we are utilizing an app called Whova. For more information on how to download the app, click here. We will be utilizing the Whova app for announcements, the schedule, connecting with others, and more!
Do I have to choose my sessions in advance?
There is no pre-registration required for individual sessions, but you may RSVP to sessions in the Whova app ahead of the symposium. Utilizing the RSVP feature is a helpful way to build your schedule and support capacity planning for the NACG; however, please note that an RSVP does not guarantee a seat. All rooms have a defined capacity, so we encourage you to RSVP and arrive in a timely fashion to avoid disappointment.
Are CE’s included in my registration cost?
Continuing education credits (CEs) are included in your registration cost. You will need to ensure you are checked in and out of each session and complete an evaluation for each CE-eligible workshop following the event to receive CE credit. For more information on Continuing Education credits at the symposium, click here.
Can I use my presenter discount towards a vendor or sponsor registration?
No. Presenter discounts are only available to use towards individual registrations.
Can I stack registration discounts?
No, only one discount may be used per registration. We encourage you to use the one of greatest value to get the maximum benefit.
Who qualifies for a student discount registration?
This ticket is available until May 18, 2026 for current full-time students only in an aligned discipline. Proof of enrollment will be requested upon registration.
